[MainstreetManagers] Big Bash Pop-Up Application

Represent your Main Street Community at the Big Bash!

Tulsa's 2026 Big Bash will be an exciting street festival in Sapulpa with restaurants, catering, shops, bars, bands, and pop-ups showing off the best of Oklahoma Main Street! Oklahoma Main Streets can host a pop-up individually, or team up with a neighboring Main Street to represent and sell food, products, goods, and art from their local community and vendors!

Details:

You must be a Main Street Network, Associate, or Designated program to apply for and run a Big Bash Pop-Up
  *
A Main Street can host their own pop-up, or team up with a neighboring Main Street program
  *
Your main sign will need to say your Main Street(s) program name(s), i.e.: Main Street Enid, Inc. and Main Street of Perry
  *
Decoration is largely encouraged, including neon signs, twinkle lights, backdrops, art, tent-post wrapping, themed outfits, etc. The decoration must stay contained to your pop-up area.

You must provide and set up your own (white) pop-up tent, no more than 2 tables, and no more than 2 chairs. You must provide your own table clothes if desired.

You must provide your own staff/volunteers to set up and man your pop-up for the duration of the Big Bash (6:30-10:30PM)

You must teardown and remove your tent, tables, chairs, and products at the end of the Big Bash
  *
You can sell products at your pop-up; however, they must be locally sourced from your Main Street and community vendors. We would like to see products that represent your Main Street community and Oklahoma. This can include locally made jewelry, food products like jam or pesto, crafts such as cheese boards in the shape of Oklahoma, shirts representing Tulsa, CDs from Native musicians, locally made lotions or other skincare products, handmade toys, scissortail Christmas ornaments, Route 66 memorabilia, etc. We know Main Streeters love to shop, and we want this to be the night that conference attendees find the perfect, unique gifts for friends and family members, and for themselves to commemorate the trip!

You can have live entertainment at your pop-up, such as face painting or live art (someone from your community painting an Oklahoma sunset, for a raffle winner)
