[MainstreetManagers] Disaster Recovery Input

Good afternoon Main Street!

Main Street America wants to learn more about how Main Streets plan for and recover from natural disasters or other crises, such as cyberattacks or acts of vandalism.  In partnership with the Main Street Leadership Council, they designed a disaster and crisis recovery support survey.  The survey is brief and will only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and responses will help identify the most effective ways to deploy network support in critical times of need.
