[MainstreetManagers] MS Board Agendas

Hello Brandi,

I’ve attached our agendas for August and September 2025.

At the start of each meeting, the President reads the Mission Statement
aloud.

Each committee chair is then given 4–5 minutes to provide their update
during the' committee report time'. We're working on refining our monthly
reporting so that all board members are already familiar with each
committee’s accomplishments in advance.

I also include a director's summary of the activities that I’ve completed
or participated in during the month. We don’t go over every detail during
the meeting, but the information is there in case any board member has
questions.

We aim to keep our board meetings to one hour.

If any urgent matters arise between meetings, I will send an email to the
executive committee.

I send out the agenda and minutes from last month's meeting the week before
the board meeting. Our Treasurer sends the financials to the board. This
helps so they can review before the board meeting takes place.
