[MainstreetTowns] 401K, vacation benefits

I don't get retirement but I do get $225 towards my health insurance, 10
days vacation, and 10 days personal/sick.  

 

I am needing a copy of a contract if the state or anyone has one they
wouldn't mind sharing. I would greatly appreciate it.

All,

 

I had a quick question on benefits various Main Street programs offer. We're
on a fiscal year, and it's time to start talking about budget/salary
negotiations. So I'm wondering, how many of you have any sort of retirement
(and is it matched, if so how much) and what your vacation/leave time is
(specifically for those employed there less than 5 years). Thanks in
advance!

 

As of right now, Claremore does not offer retirement and employees of less
than 5 years get two weeks of vacation annually, plus another 15 days of
sick leave.
