[MainstreetTowns] Relationship with the Chamber

We are in the same building with the Chamber but neither of us own it. We don't pay utilities or for internet, so we don't have to split that up. We each have Our own phone lines.  Our relationship was apparently a little rocky in the past, but all is great at this point. We are members of each other's organization and we do volunteer work for each other.

What is your relationship with the Chamber like in your community? How many share office space or rent from the same building as the Chamber? Who has shared equipment?
 
We currently rent an office from the Chamber, who owns the building. We get electricity for free, share the cost of printing and internet, and we pay for our own phone. Rent is a good
 deal, especially for the size office we have.
