The on-time rate for September was 63%.  The Main Street Program that did not submit a report was Duncan, Enid, McAlester, Muskogee and Pryor.

Remember, submitting your reinvestment reports on time gets you 5 quality assurance points and missing three in a row gets you suspension from services until a reinvestment report is submitted.
