[MainstreetTowns] February Reinvestment Report

The on-time rate for February was 60%.  The Main Street Program that did not submit a report were Collinsville, Duncan, Enid, McAlester, Perry, Sapulpa, and Wilburton.

Remember, submitting your reinvestment reports on time gets you 5 quality assurance points and missing three in a row gets you suspension from services until a reinvestment report is submitted.
