[MainstreetTowns] December Reinvestment Report

The on-time rate for December was 85.2%.  The Main Street Program that did not submit a report were McAlester and Prague.

Remember, submitting your reinvestment reports on time gets you 5 quality assurance points and missing three in a row gets you suspension from services until a reinvestment report is submitted.  You will receive your new 2019 Reinvestment Reports by the end of this week.
