Jeremy, 
I have the following questions: 

Wine walks- legal? How to permit? 

Can we apply for the charitable even license and use it in one day at 8 different locations INSTEAD of 8 different times/dates? 

Is it illegal (or frowned upon) to sell wine bottle openers for a donation at events where we serve wine? 

We want to host a beer garden at the car show. Would the same rules apply like it would at a Wine Festival? Ie, roped off area, beer distribution from licensed vendors, guests can drink beer in the designate perimeter, etc?
