[Oacrao-l] Transmission schedule with the Clearinghouse

I am interested in knowing how other school’s report their enrollment and graduation information to the Clearinghouse.  How soon after your term starts do you submit your 1st transmission?  Would you be willing to share your transmission schedule?  We use the extracts from SCT Banner for our enrollment and degree verifications.  How does your institution report data?
