[Oacrao-l] academic calendar formula

Hello All:
                I'm putting together our academic calendar a few years in advance and when transposing the dates to years, it looks like we are days, hours, short etc.
                Can anyone provide for me the formula for academic calendar requirements? It would be much appreciated.
