[Oacrao-l] XAP

At Redlands, we receive  XAP transcripts.  The process works great, but we only get a small number of transcripts per month via this method, as the larger schools that provide a majority of our students are not sending transcripts by XAP.

Yes, Charlie, we get transcripts from XAP.   We wish that more of the high schools would use XAP.  For example, if larger schools, like Yukon, would send us all of their final transcripts after graduation it would be very helpful!
At the present time we get them from just a few schools, and we are happy with the way it works.

A quick question about XAP.  We are thinking about staring to accept electronic transcripts from XAP.  They tell us nearly all Oklahoma Colleges and Universities are using it.  Can you tell me if you are using it and any information about the system?  If you are not using it, we would also like to know that too.
