Regarding Academic Reprieves and Renewals, how strictly do you enforce
the "due to extraordinary circumstances" or "extenuating circumstances"
portion of the regulation?  

 

And how do you define "extraordinary circumstances" or "extenuating
circumstances"?  

 

Do you grant these frequently or only in rare instances?
