[Oacrao-l] VA staff at your institution

At OSU-Stillwater we have over 600 students using the various GI Bill programs. The Veteran Benefit Services office is part of the Registrar's Office. There are 3 full-time staff members, 2 which are dedicated staff to veteran benefit services and 1 staff member who supervises the area, is also a VA certifying official and functions as an Assistant Registrar.

Greetings!  At ORU our VA certifying officer is housed in the registrar's office and has other responsibilities.  Is the staff member who assists your VA students a full-time, dedicated staff person or do they have other responsibilities as well?  What all are their responsibilities (feel free to send a job description if possible).  Also, what office are they housed in?
