[Oacrao-l] Student holds

Our campus store is managed by a third-party vendor and they have requested that a hold be placed on a student's account who owes them money.  They are asking that the student be prohibited from enrolling in classes, receiving transcript or their diploma.  I don't feel comfortable in doing this being that the money owed is to an outside entity and not directly to ORU.  For those of you whose campus store is handled in such a manner, how would you handle such a request?
