I would like to personally invite you and your staff to the annual OACRAO Front Line Staff Workshop to be held on Thursday, June 21 on the campus of Oklahoma City Community College.

The workshop "You're The STAR!" will feature lots of fun and movie-themed activities and a very special keynote presentation:

Keynote: Making Wise Moves in Hard Times for Dealing with Difficult People
What is it like in your workplace? Doing more with less; less money, less time, fewer staff members and more opportunities for stress and conflict? Sound about right? You are not alone. This session will address those issues of conflict that arise in the workplace and suggest some "moves" to make in response to the situation and to create the desired outcomes.
