We do have to utilize the same admin system, Poise, for these courses.
I looked at having the individual departments handle them, but I believe these hours do have to be reported in UDS, so it becomes problematic to maintain the data for reporting purposes in our case.

If your campus offers non-credit training courses or auxiliary services (such as a daycare center), are those programs managed/registered/billed through your academic student information system or do they utilize a separate system?

For example: if a student owes money for a non-credit professional development course or to your daycare center, do those areas have the authority to put a hold on the student's account that would restrict enrollment or prevent a transcript being released?
