[Oacrao-l] Printing Certificates

Hello, All:

We have a new undergraduate certificate program for which the program
coordinator would like to print diploma-like certificates for the
completers.  Do any of you have such programs for which you have a printed
completion certificate?  If so, would you be willing to share what
information is printed on the document?
