[Oacrao-l] Felony Issues and non accredited schools

Would greatly appreciate some feedback on the following issues.

Is it required to form a committee to review prospective students that have
been convicted of a felony?

Also, is it required to form a committee to review a students appeal for
non accredited institutional credits?
