It's been 7 or 8 years since we were allowed to make such entries on the transcript.   We do have public guillotining, though, corresponding to the phases of the moon.

Colleagues,
When a student has been convicted of academic dishonesty, how are you notating the transcript?  Do you give a student the opportunity to rehabilitate themselves & have the notation removed from the transcript?  Does your institution make use of the guillotine?
