At ECU we do not record work from non-accredited institutions, including
foreign work, unless the course can be applied (using the substitution
process) toward a student's major, minor or general education.
Therefore, a student basically is allowed to choose what work they want
recorded in that they must request a substitution to use that course
work in lieu of one of their required courses.

Question...do you give international students the option of choosing
whether or not to use undergraduate work from their home universities as
they pursue an undergraduate degree in the US?
