[Oacrao-l] Policy on students who register for classes but then do not attend

Rick, if a student has completed their enrollment for the semester (typically by paying their fees), then it is the student's responsibility to withdraw and receive the tuition refund according to our schedule.  If they've paid and simply don't show up they earn a failing grade.
