[Oacrao-l] Policy on students who register for classes but then do not attend

At UCO, the instructor can submit an AW = Administrative Withdrawal midterm grade during the period when the student could drop themselves.    If the faculty member chooses not to do this, then they submit an F at the end of the term along with a "date of last course engagement" of the first day of class, to indicate the student didn't show up.
