At OCCC, most, if not all, requests would also be sent to our PR department.  Many times our PR department will turn around and ask me for the information or lists, but it does need to originate in PR.  

Depending on the request, I might provide the third-party  with the information directly after they speak with PR first or on occasion I will send the information back to our PR Director for dissemination.

I have a quick question regarding degree verifications from the media. When you receive such requests or any other academically related information directly, do you funnel those questions back to your p.r office/personnel, or do you just provide them with the information directly?
