[Oacrao-l] Diploma Questions

Good morning, Charlie.  We just went through this process as well.

10x8               undergraduate
11x8.5           graduate
13x10            Ed.D. and D.Min.

Our undergraduate diplomas only have the designated degree printed.  When it comes to graduate and doctoral degrees it varies as the respective colleges have determined what they want to have printed.

OCU is considering changing our diplomas and I was wanting to compare how others handle diplomas.  Here are my questions.


1.        What size diplomas do you have?

OCU

8 ½ X 11 - Undergraduate and Graduate

16 X 12 - PhD

17 X 14 - JD



2.       What degree information do you print on the diploma?

a.       Designated Degree only

b.      Designated Degree and Program (Master of Science in Computer Science)

c.       Designated Degree and Major


OCU only prints the Designated Degree such as Master of Science or Master of Science in Nursing.  They want to include program i.e. Master of Science in Computer Science but not the individual majors/tracks.  Are there any best practices for this? Any recommendations from personal experience?
