[Oacrao-l] University withdrawals

Hi David,

 

Withdrawal forms originate from the Office of Academic Affairs when a
student wants to completely withdraw from the institution.  The form list
various offices that students should speak to when formally withdrawing from
the institution:   University Counselor/Advisor, Office of Student Affairs,
Developmental Foundation, Business Office, University Library, Office of
Financial Aid, Retention Officer, and Housing.  Once form is completed the
Office of Academic Affairs distribute the form to the Registrar's Office to
process the withdrawal in the system.

 

Also, a weekly report is sent to various offices to notify the office that
students have been withdrawn as some students are not on the campus when
he/she initiate his/her withdrawal to the Office of Academic Affairs (via
telephone, email, etc.).

students go to when they want to withdraw from the university.  What other
offices are informed of the student's decision?
