In my role as Past-President, it is my duty to solicit changes to the by laws.  The attached is submitted for your consideration.  We recommend your approval  We want to make sure that we are aware of any changes to tax law and that make sure the changes are implemented.  Do not hesitate to email me any questions or concerns.
