I don't see any problem with that process.  Actually I would like to implement this!  My DBA may not be happy with me :).

Our faculty submit grades electronically via our portal system.  They receive a confirmation email of their roster with the grades.  The roster has the studentid, name, & grade.  I also receive a confirmation email with the same information.  Does this raise any concerns for anyone and if so, why?
