[Oacrao-l] Waiver of official transcript

Greetings David!  Unfortunately, we require a student to provide at least an unofficial until the official can be obtained. I even require from non-accredited, for-profits. I just want to be safe.

I assume there may be, on rare occasion, situations where you may waive the need for a transfer student to submit a transcript (unofficial or official). Do you ever allow that decision to be made by the student? In other words, the student is asking that they not be required to obtain a transcript from a particular college (for whatever reason) regardless of whether or not they repeat coursework that has already been completed. In either situation, how does that factor into SAP determination?

I’m pretty sure I know how you will respond, but I was asked to inquire…..so I am :).
