[Oacrao-l] 2015-2016 CEP/Transfer Tables Now Available

Greetings, all!

The State Regents approved the 2015-2016 Course Equivalency Project (CEP) last week.

The entire CEP is now available for your viewing here.<http://www.okhighered.org/transfer-students/faculty/>  The Excel file includes a column listing additions, deletions and modifications so that you can update your databases (see "Final Action" descriptions below).

"Request for Deletion"= This course will not show up in the final 2015-2016 publication, as the course has been removed from the CEP for
      this catalog year.  (The course equivalency must still be honored for the prior years in which the course does
      appear, however.)

"Update/Modify"= Either a course number, prefix, or note code has been updated.  The information appearing on this spreadsheet is the
                                     corrected information.

"New Record" = Indicates this course is new to the associated Common Course Code.

"No Changes" = Indicates this course was included in last year's CEP under the same Common Course Code.

The CEP will be published and made available to the public via our website in the coming weeks.  Common Course Descriptions and a code to the "Notes" is available here<http://www.okhighered.org/transfer-students/2014-15/appendix.pdf>.
