[Oacrao-l] Oacrao-l Digest, Vol 77, Issue 9

We award military credit that is recommended by ACE. We use the JST
transcript to assist our application of military credit. The JST transcript
gives a very detailed report as to whether the credit is upper-division or
lower-division. Most of the credit is applied to electives, but
every-so-often, we find a course equivalency. We consider this work "prior
learning" so we allow up to only 30 credit hours.
