[Oacrao-l] Concurrent Residency

We have a high school student interested in concurrent enrollment.  They are
attending an Oklahoma high school but parents live out of state.  The
student goes back home to parents during the summer.  Could I classify this
student as an Oklahoma resident and would they be eligible for the
concurrent tuition waiver their senior year?
