[Oacrao-l] International Financial Guarantee

Hello all,

I was wondering what measures that other colleges/universities are using to ensure that international students have the proper funding before the student arrives on campus. ORU currently requires financial records/bank statements as most schools do, but occasionally we have international students arrive without the funding promised by their guarantor.

Does anyone require a larger deposit from international students to help with this, or are their other steps that you have taken to solve this kind of problem?
