Happy Monday everyone! Our annual fall conference is this week!

Please find the attached UCO parking map as well as instructions for the new parking system. You will need to know your license plate number as well as the "coupon" code given for the conference, which is oacr104. This information has also been added to the conference website under "Directions, Map and Parking Information". A few more notes of importance:


*        Questions for the Admissions & Registrar's Roundtable - Have you seen things on the Listserv you would like to discuss in an open forum?  Are you curious about a business practice at your institution and want to get feedback from other professionals?  Now is the time to ask!  Please send me any question you have, and I'll add it to the list.

*        OSRHE Update - Likewise, if you have questions that need clarification by our Regents staff, send it my way for inclusion on the Q&A portion.

*        Door Prizes - Please don't forget to bring some give-a-ways to be awarded during our "Showtime!" welcome reception.

*        Clothing - As many of you know from attending conferences, the "right" room temperature can be a matter of opinion (then again...sometimes a room is universally viewed as just plain cold!)  Don't forget to wear layers, bring a jacket, or whatever else you feel will help you be comfortable.  We'll do our best to make each room a "normal" temperature, however.

I will send more information to presenters and facilitators later today.
