Good afternoon!

I hope everyone is enjoying the weather and getting ready for a relaxing Fall Break (or had one depending on your respective calendars)!  For those of you who attended the OACRAO Annual Conference a couple of weeks ago, I hope you enjoyed your overall experience!  Perhaps some of you came away REALLY impressed with one of the sessions, and if so, please take a look at the information below!  If you feel there was a session that would help inform our colleagues at the AACRAO conference (while getting some good publicity for OACRAO!), I highly recommend taking the time to complete the nomination form below.

In the meantime, there’s still time to complete the session and conference evaluation forms at our website (http://www.oacrao.org/) if you haven’t done so already.  These GREATLY help the Executive Committee improve upon the sessions, formats, and overall structure while planning for next year and beyond. Officers of State and Regional AACRAO Organizations,

On behalf of the Program Committee and the Board of Directors, we invite your organization to nominate an outstanding presentation given at your most recent conference. This nomination is for AACRAO’s Best of the Best Program.

Each year, the AACRAO Program Committee develops a strong program of presentations and educational opportunities for the annual meeting. However, each year, we hear about outstanding presentations given at local state and regional conferences that were not submitted for consideration for the AACRAO Annual Meeting. The Best of the Best Program creates an opportunity for leadership of state and regional organizations to give additional recognition and nominate the outstanding presentations to potentially be a part of the 2018 AACRAO Annual Meeting.

The AACRAO Program Committee will review all of the nominations and select three presentations for inclusion in the 2018 AACRAO Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida.

AACRAO will waive the registration fee for one presenter per presentation. See the attached FAQs for more information. The presentation will receive special recognition in the printed program and during the annual meeting.
