[Oacrao-l] Fall 2018 academic standing discrepancies

OACRAO Registrars,

For those of you who are banner schools, did the Office of the Registrar experience discrepancies with academic standings for term 201860? I've encountered a handful of students having an academic standing of probation or continued probation, but should have an academic standing of first or second suspension. If you experienced this problem, how did you resolve it?
