2. have you ever been charged or convicted for any felony in any state or country?

3. Have you ever been charged or convicted for ANY behavior involving drugs (e.g. marijuana, any controlled substance...) or violence (e.g. murder, sexual assault...) or harm to others (e.g. stalking, domestic violence, assaults...) in any state or country?

In order to prepare for an interim study hearing next week before the Legislature, we would like to get an idea of how many institutions are still asking whether a student has a felony conviction on their admissions applications.  If you have a moment, I would appreciate it if you could reply to this message and let me know whether you ask this question on your admission application and, if not, when you stopped asking.  Thanks in advance for this information; it is very helpful as we advocate for higher education at the Capitol.
