[Oacrao-l] Incomplete Policy

Hello everyone,

Below is a link to Oklahoma State's incomplete grade policy (you have to scroll down a little bit to get to the incomplete grade section). When an incomplete grade is submitted, a default final grade is also required (the projected grade the student would earn if they receive a zero in remaining coursework). If a final grade isn't assigned by the instructor after one year, the system will automatically replace the incomplete grade with the default final grade.

Good morning OACRAO!

We are going to be reviewing our incomplete grade policy in the coming months.  Would you mind sharing your institution's incomplete grade policy?  I'm particularly interested in knowing whether or not your 'I' grades automatically change to an 'F' after a specified period of time or if they remain an 'I' indefinitely if not changed by the instructor.
