[Oacrao-l] Official transcript question

I think I've asked this before but here I go again....


1.       Do you accept official college transcripts that are hand carried by the student in a sealed envelope?


2.       Do you accept High school Transcripts that are emailed by the student's HS counselor?


Any help would be appreciated.
