[Oacrao-l] Gender Designation/Personal Pronoun Information

OSU uses the Banner 9 Personal Information module and have enabled students and employees to edit their Preferred First Name, Personal Pronoun and Gender Identification from Self-Service. We've used the Banner GUANDSP name display rules to display preferred/chosen names wherever possible and where there's not a use case requiring legal name. To date the only place where personal pronouns are displayed is in our Canvas LMS (Banner hasn't provided a display mechanism yet that I'm aware of). The list of values for pronouns and gender identification are shown below:

Personal Pronouns

  *   He/him/his
  *   She/her/hers
  *   They/their/theirs

Gender Identification

  *   Gender identity is not listed
  *   Prefer Not to Answer
  *   Woman
  *   Man
  *   Non-Binary
