[Oacrao-l] Holding Transcripts & Diplomas

Hello OACRAO!

Could you share what types of holds you have for transcripts and diplomas? I'm specifically curious about holds for students with outstanding balances or missing official high school and/or college transcripts. Is anyone still holding transcripts or diplomas for students in those categories? We will no longer be holding transcripts on students with an outstanding balance since we are no longer able to on students for periods in which they received Title IV aid. But I'm not sure what the impact is on holding diplomas? And I'm guessing we can no longer hold transcripts for students that haven't submitted all of their official transcripts to us?
