[Oacrao-l] Question for VA School Certifying Officials

Hi Shelley,

Our Financial Aid office is responsible for supplying the shopping sheet. They do that when packaging the aid. We have a policy at ORU that majors only change at the beginnings of each term, so they would handle that in the financial aid packaging for each term. For many reasons, we do not change majors mid-term.

If you or your office handles VA certifications, can you please tell me if you provide a new shopping sheet (College Financing Plan) to students using VA education benefits each time they change majors/programs? If so, how are you tracking those major changes to keep on top of it?
