Does your Business Office happen to have a source they're referring to that they'd be willing to share? I've not seen anything about it being removed, and it's still listed on the electronic Code of Federal Regulations web page, so I'd be interested to learn more!

Our Business Office just notified me that the Department of Ed removed the regulation about not holding transcripts for unpaid balances. They've asked that we revert back to holding our transcripts the way we did prior to this regulation. Does anyone else know anything about this?
