[Oacrao-l] Spring Policy Workshop Follow up

Hello All,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Spring Policy Workshop. Dr. Beauchamp has shared the definitions section of the Academic Affairs Procedure Guide and asked that it be distributed to the OACRAO membership.
There were also questions regarding how members can stay informed and become involved with OACRAO without serving on the Executive Committee. One of the primary ways we share information is through the OACRAO listserv, so please encourage your staff to sign up if they are not already subscribed.
In addition, members are encouraged to volunteer for one of OACRAO’s committees. Each committee is chaired by one of our outstanding Vice Presidents or Coordinators, and committee service is a great way to get involved. Current committees include:

  *   Admissions & Enrollment Management – Chaired by Jancy Scott (UCO)
  *   Information Technology – Chaired by Blake Myers (OSU)
  *   Membership & Mentoring – Chaired by Solveig Feller (WOSC)
  *   Professional Development – Chaired by Shelley Lute (UCO)
  *   Registration & Records – Chaired by Colleen Decker (OC)
  *   Communications – Chaired by Ross Mehl (OU)
  *   Financial Audit Committee – Chaired by Charlie Monnot (OCU)
