[Oasfaa] Retirement gift

OASFAA Officers and members,

I just wanted to send my thanks for the lovely retirement gift.  It will be on my dresser holding jewelry and other precious things and when I see it I will think of all of you.  I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend the conference.  Thanks for being sounding boards, mentors and teachers over the years.  I will miss my OASFAA friends, but I will not miss the federal regs!
