[Oasfaa] VERIFICATION QUESTION

All:

I need your help on a verification item.  We have a student whose mother
lives with a boyfriend.  The mother claims one son and the boyfriend claims
the son who will be attending college.  Our question is:  Do we use the
boyfriend's income in addition to the mother's income or do we use in-kind
support?  Any suggestions???
