There are many variations in the way a "complete withdrawal" is handled based on timing, extenuating circumstances, etc.  I am sure there is some confusion.

Basically, if the award has already been disbursed to an eligible student the money needs to be returned to the program if:

(1)   The tuition on which the award is based is being refunded or will not be charged to the student OR
(2)   The classes are being cancelled from the student's schedule and no grades will appear on the transcript for the classes for which the award was paid.

Please note that partial withdrawals may require different handling; however the same principles apply.

Generally, funds should not be disbursed to a student that has already withdrawn or has made a change that affects the student's eligibility for the award.

The person who is familiar with OK Tuition Aid Grand and the OK Tuition Equalization Grant is gone today and I'm trying to figure out how much a student gets to keep, if any, when they withdraw.  Any insight would be helpful.  Thanks!!
