The hotel reservation deadline for the annual SWASFAA conference, boot camp, and leadership workshop is October 5.  You'll want to make sure you have your hotel reservations to lock in this great rate, but also to ensure you are staying at the conference hotel.  With the location of the Sandia, there is no easy-next-door-overflow hotel options.
