Insurance companies should not request or have access to an ISIR record. Nothing on the form that relates to insurance eligibility.

Hi,
We've had two students come by this week asking for a copy of their ISIR for their insurance company.  I have no idea why they would need this.
Anyone have some insight?

I have them that need their schedule to prove full time enrollment so they can stay on their parents' insurance but not and ISIR.  Interesting.
