We also received a requests from a student and discovered it is being requested by Insure Oklahoma: http://www.insureoklahoma.org/IOmainpage.aspx?id=4022
We advised the student to provide her SAR and school schedule.

College Students

  *   Are between 19 and 22 years old
  *   Attend an accredited college<http://www.insureoklahoma.org/WorkArea/linkit.aspx?LinkIdentifier=id&ItemID=4931&libID=4953> located in Oklahoma as a full-time student.
  *   Insure Oklahoma uses the free application for FAFSA guidelines to determine independent or dependent status of students. Dependent students are only eligible for Insure Oklahoma as a dependent on their parents’ application with their parents’ income. If the parents do not qualify for Insure Oklahoma the college student does not qualify for Insure Oklahoma.

They should be able to get their SAR and take to an insurance company but I've never heard of that either. I would not give them the Institution's Record.
